Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PS Solutions, we provide software development, implementation, consulting, support, and technology-related services.

Project-Based Services

For custom software development, ERP implementation, consulting, and project services:

  • Payments made for completed milestones, delivered work, or consumed professional services are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests may be considered only if work has not commenced.
  • Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

Subscription Services

For software subscriptions and SaaS services:

  • Customers may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation by contacting PS Solutions in writing.

Cancellation of ongoing projects may result in charges for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed development work
  • Delivered software licenses
  • Consulting hours already utilized
  • Services performed according to approved requirements
